Description
This Provision of education support services to children and young people aged 0 to 25 in North Northamptonshire Council. The procurement is structured into five distinct service categories, referred to as 'lots', each representing a different type of support service as outlined below: Lot 1 Educational Psychology Lot 2 Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) Lot 3 Occupational and Sensory Therapy Lot 4 Tuition Lot 5 Alternative Provision
Lot Division
| 1 | Provision of Educational Psychology
The Provision of Educational Psychologists (EPs) who hold Master's (MSc) or Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology and are actively registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Award Criteria

| 2 | Provision of Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT)
The Provision of Speech and Language Therapists (SaLTs) who hold a minimum qualification of a BSc or Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Speech and Language Therapy. Therapists may also hold MSc or Doctorate-level qualifications. Award Criteria

| 3 | The Provision of Occupational and/or Sensory Therapists
The Provision of Occupational and/or Sensory Therapists hold a minimum qualification of a BSc or Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Occupational and/or Sensory Therapy. Therapists may also hold MSc or Doctorate-level qualifications. All therapists must maintain active registration with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) for the entire duration of their work under this contract. | 4 | The provision of Tutors
The provision of tutors who hold a relevant degree-level qualification as a minimum standard. Tutors should also have sufficient experience to effectively support the learning of children and young people. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) remains desirable, it is not mandatory; however, tutors must demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality, tailored educational support. All tutors registering on the open framework must have and be able to evidence one or more of the following: Award Criteria

| 5 | The provision of Alternative provision
The provision of Alternative provision, delivered by well-trained, experienced staff who have undergone all necessary safeguarding checks. Provision should have clearly defined objectives that support both personal development and academic/ vocational achievement. Where the intervention is part-time or temporary, it must align with the pupil's existing curriculum, timetable, and qualification pathway to minimise disruption. Pupils attending part-time off-site provision may also attend mainstream school or other education on the days they are not in alternative provision. Award Criteria
