Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Contractors appointed to Category 16 - of the Dynamic Purchasing System ("DPS") (KNH-003) for Construction Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Ancillary Services with relevant experience and ability for the "Works" as detailed in the Further Competition documents. The Scope of Works is for; Refurbishment Works at Earlsheaton Park. The initial Contract term is 8 months with an extension period of up to 37 months. The total Contract term shall not exceed 45 months.
