Description

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is procuring architectural services to support the redevelopment of a number of existing residential sites as part of the wider Wythenshawe Regeneration Programme. The commission will involve appraisal, design development and progression of proposals for residential‑led redevelopment, with the potential for services to extend into later delivery stages.

Potential to extend to delivery services over several years subject to proceeding with RIBA stage 3 onwards for 1 or more of the sites

Award Criteria

Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Scored Questions Stage 1 of this Competitive Flexible Procedure is an open shortlisting stage through a procurement specific questionnaire. Its purpose is to identify a limited number of architectural practices with the most relevant experience, capability and suitability to progress to the next stage of the procurement. It will include a number of scored questions. At the conclusion of Stage 1, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group intends to shortlist up to four (4) suppliers with the highest total scores to participate in Stage 2. The authority reserves the right to shortlist fewer than four suppliers where this is justified by the quality of responses. Further detail on Stage 2 requirements and evaluation criteria will be provided to shortlisted suppliers only.
