******THIS IS AN INTENTION TO AWARD NOTIFICATION******NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands (The Commissioner) intends to award a contract to Vaccination UK Limited forthe provision of Community and School Aged Immunisation Service (CSAIS) in Birmingham and Solihull.The contract will be for an initial five-year term from 1st September 2026 with the option to extend for a further two years under a NHS Standard Contract until 31st August 2033. The contract value is estimated to total £12,574,016.10 (including extensions) and a cost uplift factors (CUF) will apply from year one.Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Midnight at the end of 21st May 2026.
