Tenders are invited from contractors to support Sandwell MBC undertake its Landlords Duty in ensuring that gas safety inspection, service and associated repair works for all gas pipework, appliances and fittings owned by Sandwell MBC are carried out within statutory timescale in various types of properties within Sandwell. Sandwell MBC operates an MOT style gas servicing cycle; there are currently 24932 dwellings with a live gas supply. Please note that this is a UK1 Pipeline Notice. This is not a PIN or call for pre-market engagement/competition. As this is a pipeline notice, there is no guarantee that a tender opportunity will result from this. Should a tender opportunity materialise, further notices will be published in relation to this.
