This Framework is intended for use for Rochford District & Brentwood Borough Councils only, and Norse Commercial Services as the Contracting Authority, may make any award to appoint suppliers to this Framework through this competition. Rochford District & Brentwood Borough Councils are authorised to award call-off contracts under this Framework during its term. Norse Group are seeking bids from suitably qualified suppliers for the establishment of a closed framework of up to 5 suppliers for the supply and installation of play equipment and surfaces. The equipment is planned to be installed over a number of play parks over the next four years within the Rochford District and Brentwood Borough Councils.
