Description

This is a pipeline notice not a call for competition. Peabody Trust is providing advance notice of a potential future procurement for main contract works for Phase 3 of Frankham Street. The works are anticipated to be delivered under a Design and Build contract. This notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 pipeline transparency requirements and is intended for market awareness only.
