Description
Subject to a successful Remediation Works FBC, ZeroFour CES Development, Capital Delivery & Decarbonisation (DCDD) directorate’s Built Development team require a team to monitor and report on activity, progress, impact and delivery quality by contractors delivering the remediation works on site. The selected team will advise on matters relating to this and any related connected activity – such as planning aspects or health and safety. This Project and its contracts herein referred to as Remediation Client-Side Technical team or RCST, the Remediation Work Contractor (and subcontractors) will be referred to as RWC.
Total Quantity or Scope
Crown Estate Scotland requires a multidisciplinary Remediation Client-Side Team (RCST) to provide project management, technical assurance, regulatory compliance, engineering/NEC supervision, CDM Principal Designer duties, ecological and heritage oversight, planning advice, cost management and structured reporting to support delivery of the ZeroFour remediation works. CES does not have internal capacity to manage the specialist risks associated with contaminated land, UXO, radium, ecological sensitivity, and planning complexity, and therefore needs an integrated supplier team to act as its client side engine throughout the project lifecycle.
