The Authority wishes to establish and enter into a Contract with a single delivery partner to develop four former care home sites as mixed residential developments comprising general needs housing including units of this housing allocated to people with mental health needs who have eligible Adult Social Care needs. The Authority is seeking to appoint a single delivery partner with the financial means and relevant experience to deliver this programme across all four sites. The Authority is contributing four council-owned sites, enabling delivery without land acquisition and supporting the Authority's objective of a cost-neutral capital position.
