***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the New Behavioural Insights DPS Brief Description of Requirement This research will apply a behavioural framework to (1) understand how the green homes loan scheme (GHLS) can be best designed to maximise consumer uptake and (2) explore the potential of plug-in solar. This work is required to inform the design of the GHLS, estimate consumer demand for green loan designs and fulfil the department's commitment to explore the role of plug-in solar. The research will use a representative survey of 1,500 UK homeowners to address these aims.
