This project proposes the co design and implementation of a single, consistent Social Value Strategy and Policy to be applied across commissioning, procurement and contract management. This project aims to work to deliver a clear, comprehensive Social Value Strategy, both internally and externally, and seeks an embedded approach which strengthens organisational capability to support meaningful Social Value outcomes across Lincolnshire’s communities.
