Legal Justification

This is a direct award to Civica UK Ltd via the CCS Framework RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions Lot 4 Citizen Services for 3 years with an option to extend for 12 months for the following reasons:- • There is no competition for technical reasons, as the supplier holds intellectual property or exclusive rights, making them the only source for the required goods, services, or works. • Existing Supplier: The contract involves goods, services, or works from an existing supplier and changing the supplier would result in the Council receiving goods, services, or works that are different from or incompatible with the existing ones.o Bringing in a new supplier would cause such differences or incompatibilities that would cause significant disproportionate costs and technical difficulties in operation or maintenance.
