Description

itt_124742 - Proc-25-303 | Highways and Civil Engineering Minor Work WCBC invites tender submissions (each a Tender) from suitably experienced and qualified contractors (each a Contractor) in connection with the Framework. Once operational the Framework will be used by WCBC to award individual Contracts/Work Orders. FRAMEWORK STRUCTURE The Framework will be divided into two (2) Lots, as follows: LOT 1 – Works up to a total value of £0 - £150,000 LOT 2 – Works with a total value of £150,001 - £200,000

Renewal Options

Two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years in 12-month annual increments.

Award Criteria

Quality/Technical Quality Questions / Technical Envelope This will be evaluated based on your response to the quality questions, as detailed within the ITT document. The tender evaluated with the overall highest total score will be awarded the maximum 30% quality score available. All other tenders will be attributed a score equivalent to the percentage difference they are away from the highest quality score evaluated.
Commercial Pricing Schedule / Commercial Envelope Pricing will be evaluated in accordance with your response to the Pricing Schedule. Prices submitted will be run through a ‘mock scheme’ (detailed in document titled Appendix 5 – Mock Pricing Schedule), found in the attachment area of this ITT). The tender with the lowest average price score across the mock schemes will be awarded the maximum 70% price score available. All other tenders will be attributed a score equivalent to the percentage difference they are away from the lowest price received.
