The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency is procuring a consultancy service to deliver the following 4 workstreams for the Fees Review and Uplift project: 1. Benchmarking, value proposition and performance guarantees. 2. SME and voucher scheme design 3. External challenge and quality assurance of the MHRA internal model 4.
