The Olive Tree Primary School Bolton Limited has awarded a further competition for School catering services through the 879 Building in Use Support Services DPS.

Total Quantity or Scope

School Meals Catering Service. The Contract was for the provision of catering services to the The Olive Tree Primary School and will include all food and staff provision to support the delivery of the catering services requirement. The required catering provision for the lunch service at the school will include: a) Two hot meal options, one of which must be suitable for a HMC Certified Halal diet and the other suitable for vegetarians. Note that the vegetarian option will be open to all pupils. b) Mondays are a meat free day. c) Jacket Potatoes with a minimum of 2 options of fillings. d) A variety of sandwiches. e) Freshly baked bread. f) Homemade dessert, including options for a pudding or fresh fruit. The successful Tenderer may be required to provide visitor meals up to 6 times per year for up to 20 people. Any dietary requirements to be coordinated ahead of any event in liaison with the school office. There may be opportunities for the successful Tenderer to provide meeting/inset day refreshments/meals as required by the school, at least 48 hours' notice for this will be provided. The successful Tenderer will ensure that pupils always have a choice of all meal options and do not run out of choice towards the end of the lunch service. The successful Tenderer will need to provide a catering service for all dietary requirements including HMC Certified Halal, vegetarian, nut allergy, shellfish/seafood allergy, gluten and dairy free, and any other special dietary requirements.

Renewal Options

1.2 Expiry Date 1.2.1 This Contract shall expire on: 1.2.1.1 20/04/29 unless extended at the Customer's sole discretion for 1 or 2 Years 1.2.1.2 [Completion in accordance with the terms of the Contract, of the Contract Services specified in this Appendix 1] whichever is the earlier, unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Contract.
