The funding supports primary care in achieving sustainable change and embedding new approaches into local, standard practice via: A 0.4 FTE Band 6 Project Lead Development and support for Alcohol Practice champions Alcohol specific training, development and awareness raising for Primary Care staff Improvement of IT systems, software, processes, pathways, forms etc. to support above interventions Increase capacity for outreach clinics and interventions
