Refurbishment of a sports pavilion in North Northants - to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing sports pavilion to improve its functionalit, accessibility, energy efficiency and overall condition.

Total Quantity or Scope

Scope of works is expected to include (but may not be limited to): - internal refurbishment (flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, heating) - conversion of existing changing rooms to physio rooms. - accessibility improvements in line with current standards - electrical, mechanical and plumbing works including elements of design. - energy-efficient enhancements where feasible.
