Description
Maintenance of gate line installed at TransPennine Trains (TPT) station by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of all the ATGs operated by TPT. The services under this contract include preventative and reactive maintenance, fault response and resolution, spare parts provision, system monitoring, ITSO and barcode services. There are no alternative suppliers for these services.
Total Quantity or Scope
The contract concerns the provision of preventative and reactive maintenance, technical support, system monitoring, and spare parts supply for Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) systems deployed across TransPennine Express managed stations. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Maintenance and repair of gate line hardware, including barriers, motors, and associated equipment Maintenance and support of ticket validation components, including barcode readers and ITSO smartcard readers System monitoring, diagnostics, and fault resolution services Maintenance and support of associated back-office and control systems Supply of proprietary spare parts and components required to maintain operational performance The ATG systems are integral to revenue protection, passenger flow management, station safety, and operational performance.
