Description

GSA's objective is to procure a Health and Safety Management System that provides accessible functionality for both desk‑based and peripatetic colleagues across its geographical portfolio. The system must support comprehensive reporting capabilities, along with controlled visibility through configurable user permissions to ensure the protection of personal and sensitive data. All events and records should be accessible via a secure, 24/7 electronic platform, enabling consistent access for a wide range of operational teams. GSA is seeking a sustainable, organisation‑wide solution that supports the effective management of health and safety activities and enables streamlined processes across the business.

Renewal Options

GSA may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for up to two further periods of 12 months each, by giving written notice to the Supplier prior to the expiry of the initial term or any subsequent extension period. Any extension will be subject to continued satisfactory performance.
