T26-060CRO Restricted List Application for Health and Safety Training Providers

Description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wish to appoint a list of suitably qualified and experienced external training providers to deliver or supplement the delivery of a range of health and safety compliance training including refresher courses. The Council will appoint up to five suppliers for each course where applicable. Bidders will be ranked based on their cost scoring (ie lowest cost ranked first, second lowest cost ranked second etc). As a need arises The Council will appoint the lowest ranked bidder to provide training, in the event the lowest ranking bidder is unable to perform training the second lowest raked bidder will be appointed etc.

Renewal Options

The Council reserves the right to extend/renew the Contract up to a further two years after the initial 12 months giving a total of 3 year contract. The contract will be reviewed after 12 months. Any extension may be subject to further approval by Council Committee, availability of funding and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

Council reserves the right to no longer use suppliers that are unable to meet outputs or deliver or supplement the delivery of health and safety compliance courses within a reasonable timeframe.
