This growth trajectory introduces increasing demands around: Organisational integration Process standardisation Data consistency and governance Scalable support for HR, finance, payroll, procurement, and asset management Rapid onboarding of newly acquired organisations and colleagues In this context, a modern, integrated ERP solution is fundamental to enabling PfP to operate efficiently at scale. The future ERP platform must support mergers and acquisitions, enable consistent and flexible processes, and provide reliable, organisation-wide management information. PfP's long-term strategy includes rationalising its technology landscape through the alignment of business capabilities to enterprise-grade solutions. PfP is undertaking a competitive procurement process to assess ERP solutions. The outcome of this process is intended to support the organisation's transformation by modernising core enterprise capabilities and ensuring they remain scalable, resilient, and aligned to future growth.

Renewal Options

The 10 year software agreement will commence 1st April 2029. There is the option to extend the contract by up to five periods of 12 months. There is a maximum contract duration of 15 years
