Description

SONI has the responsibility as the Transmission System Operator (TSO) under its license to operate and plan the development of the electricity transmission network. This requires SONI to complete all the relevant activities (‘pre-construction’) to enable Northern Ireland Electricity Networks, the Transmission Asset Owner (TAO), to carry out the construction and connection to the grid. Refer to PSQ for full details.

Award Criteria

Previous Experience Candidates are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient recent and relevant experience to deliver contracts / projects of this nature, specifically relating to the generation of electricity, energy storage or provision of system services through a connection to an electricity transmission system.
Financial & Legal Standing Candidates must complete the Exclusionary Criteria Declaration satisfactorily. Candidates must complete the Self-Declaration questionnaire and provide details of turnover and profit.
HSE, QA Cyber Security Candidates must complete the relevant questionnaires
