Legal Justification
The Office of Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) have confirmed funding allocations for 1/4/26 -30/3/29 with indicative values for the years 1/4/27- 30/3/29 from the Drug and Alcohol Treatment & Recovery Improvement Grant. This funding is ringfenced within the Public Health Grant and must be spent in accordance with the submitted spend plans. The CV is for the continuation of programmes previously subcontracted to Intuitive Thinking Skills by Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. We could not include this within the original tender envelope until the funding had been confirmed and spend plans approved by OHID. Cranstoun will continue to subcontract these programmes to Intuitive. Modification Information: 1. The effective date of the modification. 6th May 2026 2. A brief description of the modification. Continuation of the provision of Intuitive Thinking Skills' Ambassador Programme and Enhanced Recovery - Peer Led Behaviour Change Programmes, and increased implementation cost. 3.
