Description
Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is awarding a contract to a new provider to set up a new dental practice in Ceredigion to provide access for the local population to NHS Dental Services, delivering appropriate, quality, efficient and cost-effective services within the mandatory and potential additional services framework of the Personal Dental Services (PDS) regulations and agreement and the Welsh Government (WG) Dental Contract Reform (DCR) programme and the associated GDS/PDS Contract Variation in respect of contract reform elements.

This is a Provider Selection Regime Wales (PSR Wales) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
