Phase 3.4 Capping and Reinstatement Works - A review of mining records identified the area once operated as Limehurst Colliery and the collapse was in the vicinity of shaft 393400-002. Records showed historic collapses of the ground surrounding the shaft as well as treatment records undertaken during development of the land.
