Description

Dymuna'r Comisiynydd benodi cyflenwr neu gyflenwyr i gynnig Gwasanaethau Cefnogi TG yn unol â'r gofynion sydd wedi'u gosod ar gyfer yr amgylchedd TG sydd wedi’i amlinellu yn y dogfennau tendr ychwanegol sydd wedi'u hatodi. Bydd y contract am gyfnod o 3 mlynedd o 24/11/2026 tan 30/11/2029, gyda'r opsiwn i ymestyn y contract am hyd at 2 flynedd ychwanegol. The Commissioner wishes to appoint a supplier or suppliers to fulfil IT Support Services for the IT environment outlined in the attached additional tender documents. The contract wil lrun for a period of 3 years from 24/11/2026 to 30/11/2029, with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 additional years.

Lle bo'r Comisiynydd yn pennu bod perfformiad y contract yn dderbyniol a bod y Comisiynydd am ymestyn yn unol â'r gallu i ymestyn. Gellir ymestyn y contract am gyfnod byrrach na'r terfyn ar gyfer ymestyn, ac am gyfnodau lluosog hyd at 30/11/2031. Where the Commissioner determines that the performance of the contract is acceptable and that the Comiisioner wished to extend in accordance with the ability to extend. The contract can be extended for a shorter period than the limit for extension, and for multiple periods up to 30/11/2031.

Evidence of up to 3 contracts successfully fulfilled in the last 3 years, demonstrating how the delivery of those contracts is relevant to the requirements of this contract as detailed in the Specification. Please provide details of:  Services delivered under the contract  How the contract was delivered successfully (include testimonials)  Duration of the contract Provide evidence of how you will be able to fulfil each of the Requirements noted in section 5 of the Specification demonstrating that adequate systems, processes and resources with appropriate skills and relevant experience are available to service the requirements for the IT environment described in section 4 of the Specification. Provide examples of how you have responded to equality needs and developed solutions delivering reasonable adjustments based on need. Suppliers may include innovative proposals which they believe would further develop the IT environment for the benefit of the Commissioner.
