Provision of Domestic Stock Condition Surveys

Description

Orkney Islands Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake domestic Stock Condition Surveys (SCS) including full Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) assessments across its social rented housing stock. The commission will cover approximately 1,050 properties over a three year period, with around one third of the stock surveyed annually.
