Total Quantity or Scope

Contract for Urology Services. To provide a surgical and/or diagnostic service for patients. To reduce patient waiting times for the local population.This contract has been awarded under PSR Direct Award Process C. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £84,752. It is a 12 month contract. Service scheduled to commence on 20th April 2026 and conclude on 31st March 2027.

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on 4th June 2026. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by the end of standstill.
