Description
For the past few years, CPC has outsourced the contract management of its HR, Payroll and Employee Screening Services framework agreement for various reasons, one of which being capacity internally. We are now looking to bring this framework back in-house and this tender exercise will form the new iteration of the framework.

This Lot is for the provision of comprehensive Human Resources (HR) services to support organisations in the effective management, development, and wellbeing of their workforce |

This Lot is for the provision of comprehensive payroll services to support organisations in the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of employee remuneration and associated payroll functions. |
| 3 | Employee Screening Services
The purpose of this Lot is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide comprehensive employee screening and vetting services to support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employment of staff. |
| 4 | DBS Screening Services
The purpose of this Lot is to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited supplier to provide Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) screening services to support the safe recruitment and ongoing employment of staff, workers, volunteers, and contractors |
