This Intention to Award Notice is issued in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 under the competitive process. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded in accordance with a competitive process (Regulation 11). The Contract Award Recommendation Report was approved by the Strategic Commissioning & Productivity Committee (SCPC) (September 2025), with bidders notified of the Intent to Award on the 10th October 2025. There were no conflicts of interest identified among SCPC members approving the award of the procurement. The Contract commenced on the 1st April 2026 for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The total awardable lifetime value including the available extension is £95,655,952.00 inclusive of VAT where applicable. No review was conducted during the standstill period.
