Competent Contracting companies are hereby invited to tender to deliver PEACEPLUS Project – PP2004 – St Bronaghs Rostrevor GAC – Internal + External Upgrade Works: A combination of civil engineering and construction activities across multiple areas of an existing operational community facility. The works will be for General Construction Works – 5210000-2, Refurbishment over 15K – 45453100-8, Landscaping – 45112700-2, Civil Engineering – 45200000-9, Working in occupied premises – 45211000-9, for a period of 4 weeks and will commence not before August 2026.
