This was a mini competition under PCR 2015 ran through PfH's pre-procured Lone Worker Protection Framework. Relevant procurement tender suite documents were released to all suppliers within this framework, ensuring a fair, transparent and compliant route to market.

This was procured for the provision of lone worker devices, as well as other associated services and goods such as body worn cameras, admin systems and associated software.

Renewal Options

The initial term is 24 months, with an option to extend by an additional 24 months post initial contract term.

Despite deadline submission previously stated 08/06/2026, this in fact has already been procured, the actual deadline was 17/02/2026. This notice is to backdate the procurement of lone worker devices, where we are now in contract until 2028.
