Provision of business and management consultancy support services to major programme/s within ONS.

Total Quantity or Scope

The scope of this requirement is to provide access to a flexible pool of skilled trained consultants that can fill our knowledge gap within the programme/s and related projects whilst delivering at pace. The Supplier will be expected to undertake outcome-based projects on a Statement of Works basis when suitable activities are identified. The current contract is governed by the Crown Commercial Services RM6187; Management Consultancy Framework three (MCF3).

Legal Justification

The scope of this requirement is to provide access to a flexible pool of skilled trained consultants that can fill our knowledge gap within the programme/s whilst delivering at pace. The Supplier will be expected to undertake outcome-based projects on a Statement of Works basis when suitable activities are identified. ONS is seeking to increase the contract value with Deloitte by a further £3,000,000 for additional services by the original contractor that have become necessary and were not included in the initial procurement. As this is a Statement of Work based contract this is not a commit value but a call off value; only required if Statement of Works are identified.
