Description

Land and Property Services (LPS) advises the Northern Ireland public sector on asset management and disposals. This includes acting on behalf of public sector bodies (listed at Annex 2) to appoint professional chartered surveyors (RICS) to sell and let land and property (referred to collectively as assets). LPS intends to appoint up to two Suppliers to deliver asset agency services across Northern Ireland under this Framework.

Renewal Options

The Framework will commence on 7 October 2026 and will run for 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 1 additional 1 year period, at the discretion of LPS.
