Description
This is a window and door replacement up on a first floor balcony area. Structural repairs will need to be carried out. This includes a balustrade and wall repair, lintel repair, mortar repointing, ceiling repair as well as general making good. There is also be some asbestos removal. Please ensure a scaffold is used to undertake temporary works.
