Waythrough is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for DSE Assessments and DSE Equipment. Waythrough staff all complete a DSE self-assessment and managers complete DSE assessments where issues are identified, and in most cases this is sufficient to resolve needs in-house. The required service provision is for a case referral process where specialist equipment may be required both in office and home working locations.

Waythrough is seeking to appoint a national Service Provider for DSE Assessments and DSE Equipment. Approx. 30 DSE assessments per year and provision of DSE equipment as required.

Legal Justification

The contract has been awarded as a call‑off under a framework agreement, NEPO411 Furniture Solutions, that was established in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 following a compliant competitive procedure. In line with Regulation 33, contracts may be awarded under a framework without further publication, where the award is made in accordance with the framework terms. [gov.uk] This call‑off has been awarded in accordance with those terms and remains within the scope of the framework. As such, no separate publication in the Official Journal of the European Union or Find a Tender Service is required, and the award is lawful.
