Description

B3Living is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced and adequately resourced Supplier to provide comprehensive Wastewater & Sewerage Drain Maintenance Services across its residential and operational property portfolio. The Services are intended to ensure the continued safe, compliant and efficient operation of wastewater, foul water and associated drainage infrastructure, whilst minimising disruption to Customers, Building Occupants and the wider community. Based upon historic demand profiles and current operational requirements, the estimated aggregate expenditure under this Framework Agreement is anticipated to be approximately £800,000.00 over the initial four (4) year term, equivalent to an indicative annual expenditure of £200,000.00. Such values are provided for information only and shall not constitute any guarantee, commitment or representation regarding the volume, frequency or value of Services to be instructed during the Framework Agreement term.
