The information contained in this notice, including information relating to the nature and scope of the requirements, the estimated value, the service classification of this requirement and the list of CPV codes, is only indicative at this early stage. This is neither exhaustive nor binding and the Authority reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend at the time of issue of any further notices or at any other time. The publication of this notice in no way obliges the Authority to commence any competitive tender process. The Authority is not and shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in participating in this engagement exercise. The scope, services and requirements described below are indicative, non-binding and subject to change. The anticipated service may include: • scheduled (including next- day) services • unscheduled/ad-hoc services • secure courier services (unscheduled and scheduled) • secure same day services • international courier services • bulk deliveries To note that the Authority reserves the right to revise the estimated value in any subsequent notices and the estimated contract dates are also subject to change. The anticipated route to market is a call off from an existing framework agreement at this stage and the Authority reserves the right to amend this route to market as no final decision has been taken at this stage.
