Award Criteria
| Planning of Work 1 | How would you organise your working pattern to minimise disruption to services? |
| Planning of Work 2 | What would your procedure be for entering critical care areas, e.g. Neonatal Courtyard. (If you have no Hospital Environment Experience, a similar scenario would be acceptable) |
| On Call Arrangements | Some of the services provided are used over a 24-hour period. Please can you also clarify your company’s response time to call outs to our sites and a brief run-down of your call out procedure. |
| RAMS | Please provide a general risk assessment and method statement for the day-to-day duties carried out on the contract. |
| Staff Training | Please provide evidence of relevant training of the contractors attending site. Please include training certificates and appointment letters where necessary. |
| Experience | Please can you give two relevant examples of experience that your company has in managing and maintaining these systems in other areas. A Hospital related environment is preferable, but a similar sized site is acceptable. Please explain the size of the site and the systems that you maintain. |
| Social Value | Please demonstrate how you will address relevant themes in the government’s Social Value Model. (Detail can be found at Social-Value-Model-Edn-1.1-3-Dec-20.pdf |
