Description

The service provision will be for a Framework to cover all Building Capital Repairs, Maintenance and New Build including a variety of disciplines for the Council's public buildings and properties portfolio consisting of 1897 properties, including, but not limited to the following property categories; • Colleges, schools and associated educational centres • External grounds, recreational centres, public conveniences, cemeteries • Residential • Commercial including offices • Courts, museums, galleries, theatres and libraries • Markets, depots, industrial units Properties that may be added or removed from the Council's portfolio throughout the term of the Agreement.

1 Windows/Glazing

Planned glazing, window and associated repair/replacement works across Council buildings.
2 Roofing
  • Value: £2M

Planned roofing works, roof repairs, replacements, surveys and associated maintenance works.
3 General Building up to £50,000
  • Value: £2M

Lower-value general building maintenance, repairs, minor works and small refurbishment projects up to £50,000.
4 General Building £50,001 to £500,000
  • Value: £5M

Higher-value planned general building works, refurbishment, structural repairs and asset upgrade projects between £50,001 and £500,000.
