For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on the 27th March 2026. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to formally awarded using direct award under the PSR Direct Award process C. The date of contract award is 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. The indicative lifetime value of the contract is £35,880.00 No conflicts of interest have been declared.
