This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The standstill period begins on date of contract award is 1st April 2026 31st March 2027 . The indicative lifetime value of the day after contract is £479,000.00 Conflicts of interest have been declared due to members of the publication organisation being employees of MCHT. The MCHT PSR scrutiny panel have assessed the nature and risk of this notice. conflict and confirmed that no members of CMI LLP are involved in any management decision making for the activity undertaken under this contract.
