Due to the ongoing need for service continuity, and to align this contract with Devon ICB’s contract expiring 31.03.2027and the limited time available to undertake a competitive process or consider an alternative procurement route (including a potential Direct Award C), it has been determined that it is necessary to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months.
