Description
*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded*. West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Supply Partner for the provision of a proven and secure Customer Portal, with recent experience of interoperating with Civica Cx Housing Management System (HMS) at other Housing Associations, to include the following functionality: Rent information, Rest Statements, Make Payment, Request / Raise a Repair, Track a Repair, Update household information, view tenancy documents and raising requests. The contract will be for an initial 3-year term, with the option to extend for a further year. We intend to award the contract via the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud Framework 14, to enable us to select the Supply Partner who best meets our requirements.
