Description

This procurement will appoint a single contractor to deliver a 24/7 CCTV Control Centre service. The service will include the provision of suitably trained operators to monitor the Borough’s CCTV systems across Public Realm, Housing, Leisure, Parks, enhanced ANPR and Open Spaces; and third-party sites alongside the delivery of ancillary services such as out-of-hours call handling including noise complaints.

Renewal Options

Up to 12 month extension at the Council's discretion
