Description

This project tender is for the refurbishment of the existing Main Leisure Swimming & Training Pool surrounds, main pool linings and associated works. Refer to: Boston Leisure Centre - Pool Surround Specification inc Tender Pricing Schedule dated 17 June 26 ref: 274987 this sets out the scope, specification and schedule of work require for pricing. In summary the work consists of but not limited to: • Clean down and preparing of surface with acid wash • Concrete repairs to main leisure pool • New grills to perimeter of Main Leisure pool • Optional prices for Hydrostaic Valves • Refurbishment and upgrade to pool steps • Refurbishment of slide • New epoxy pool lining to main leisure pool • New pool surrounds to both leisure and training pools • New surround/surfacing to ramp and spa areas • Inspection and remedial work of drainage in training pool • Grouting and associated works to training pool • New line markings etc as required.

Renewal Options

The Contract awarded will be for a duration of approximately 20 months with an option to extend in accordance with the terms of the contract. This period will include the defects liability period.
