This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. Date of Contract Award: 29 June 2026 Service Delivery Period: From 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2028, with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years at the sole discretion of the Authority. If both optional extensions are exercised, the contract will end on 30 June 2030. Lifetime Value of the Contract: The approximate total lifetime value of the contract, including all optional extensions, is £2,311,995 (excluding VAT), comprising £611,374 for Year 1 and £566,874 per annum for Years 2, 3 and 4. The values for Years 3 and 4 are indicative estimates based on projected activity levels and are subject to review and agreement based on actual activity prior to extension. No conflicts of interests were declared.
