This is a PSR Competitive Process to secure a supplier who will provide a Step Down Service with 24hrs Live in Support within the North West London area to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust for patients leaving inpatient care for Mental Health and re-entering the community via a Step Down service. This service is expected to run from 01/12/2026 - 30/11/2031 with a possible extension for a 2 year period 01/12/2031 - 30/11/2033

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Competitive process will comprise of 3 stages - stage 1, is to review supplier submissions of Document 5 A - Selection Questionnaire, this is a series of Pass/Fail criteria, used to review the suppliers against the Basic Selection Criteria. Stage 2 - If suppliers pass stage 1, their written submission (completed version of Document 5 B) is evaluated and moderated using the 5 Key Criterion under PSR 2023 with a weighted score given to each answer as described within the tender instructions Document 1 and Document 5 B. Stage 3 - The 3 top scoring suppliers will be invited to present on 2 case studies both to be scored and weighted up to 10%.
