Description
This role provides ongoing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) group supervision to clinicians working within a range of children’s mental health services. The supervision ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and ethically sound clinical practice in line with EMDR Association good practice guidelines UK. Given the complexity of trauma work with children and adolescents, this role is critical in supporting clinicians to maintain fidelity to the EMDR model and promote high standards of care.
