Description
Argyll and Bute Council on behalf of Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board (IJB) is seeking a consultant to support the streamlining, standardisation, and optimisation of Care at Home operational processes in preparation for the introduction of an Electronic Care Monitoring (ECM) system.
Total Quantity or Scope
This procurement is focused on preparing the HSCP's Adult Care Service for ECM and to support its introduction and effective operation. The aim is to ensure that current processes, structures, and ways of working are efficient, consistent, and aligned to the ECM to maximise the benefits of the investment.
Renewal Options
Extension of up to 6 months.
